If your child is a returning Hillsborough Lacrosse player, your family's information is populated in this system. This includes all children and both parents, if this information was previously provided. Your email address is your username on this system. If this is the first time you are accessing this system, or if you have forgotten your password, you can input your email address and the system will send a system generated password to that email address, if it is on file. We suggest you use a home/personal email address where you have control over the spam filter - a corporate email system's spam filter may give you trouble. Please allow a few minutes for the system to generate your password and send you the message. You will have to check your email in order to obtain the system-generated password for your account in order to complete the registration process.

Payment: If the program has a fee, payments require a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please have your credit card handy.

Refunds: Hillsborough Lacrosse program fees are refundable prior to the start of a program. US Lacrosse fees are non-refundable.

Privacy settings: This system has features to support on-going communication. When you register, you will be prompted for various email and text message options. You can choose privacy settings such as 'Public, Roster-only, or Private'. These are explained on the registration page. By default, a player's privacy is at the roster level only, and the parent/guardian is public. Some coaches may elect not to utilize these features and simply download your email address and send messages from their email program on their home computer instead. In either case, please make sure your coach has a good email address for you. It is the policy of HL not to share any contact or personal information of any kind with outside programs.

Text Messaging: Be sure to enter your mobile phone # and service provider (AT&T, Verizon, etc) so we can blast out last minute updates, weather cancelations, etc.

Hillsborough Youth Lacrosse requires a $200 refundable work bond deposit per family. At the end of the season, all families that have completed the required volunteer hours (2 sessions per family totaling 4 hours) will have their workbonds automatically rolled over or refunded if requested. Having all families opt in and actively volunteer is preferable, but it is also possible to immediately opt out of volunteering and forfeit the workbond during the season registration process. This allows us to deploy those funds against the required work. Running Hillsborough Youth Lacrosse and hosting two tournaments each season requires a tremendous amount of work by both our volunteer board and the volunteer parents. Given that, all volunteer hours are very closely logged by the Hillsborough Youth Lacrosse Board to ensure work bonds refunds/forfeitures are appropriately accounted for.
