This website has been established as the primary means of communication for scheduled practices and games. The website is updated daily, however, there may be situations when instructions for the day are modified late and the website cannot be updated quickly. When this situation occurs we will make every attempt to notify you with the modification prior to the start of that night’s practice/game. If, however, do not have access to email or text messaging, it is your responsibility to find out the latest information by calling the coach or someone else from the team.
By all means, NEVER DROP OFF OR LEAVE YOUR CHILD AT A FIELD OR ANY OTHER LOCATION UNSUPERVISIED WITHOUT VERIFYING THAT THE TEAM’S COACH IS PRESENT. The coaching staff dedicates their time on a volunteer basis and from time to time may have a problem getting out of work on time.
In addition, the practice and game facilities do not have protective enclosures in the event of inclement weather. If the weather is questionable, you must remain at the practice or game in case of sudden cancellation due to severe weather.
